Car Park G is next to the STV and carparks A and E are other good options.

Please allow plenty of time to secure a parking spot as spaces are limited and finding a space can be difficult during peak times.

On entering the main entrance of the STV make your way straight to the Physio and Sport Science Centre. This is on the same level but be aware there is a long wide corridor walkway and also a carpeted, gently sloped corridor alongside the pool area. Take the doorway to the right of the Sports Café entrance signposted The Physio and Sport Science Centre and on arrival to the department come inside and take a seat in the waiting area on the right hand side.

There is no receptionist or anyone to report your arrival to. Just take a seat and your physio will come and meet you at your scheduled appointment time.

Please allow adequate time for parking and getting to the department as your appointment will not run over time as the time between patients is specifically designated for cleaning and to provide time between you leaving and the next patient arriving. A late arrival may mean that your treatment time is reduced, but you may still be charged the full price of the treatment.

There is full access for wheelchair users and the toilet is fully equipped to aid those with disabilities.

Wick, Bristol

At the Wick, Bristol clinic there is plenty of free on-road parking.

There is no waiting area so please remain outside or sitting in your car until your scheduled appointment time. At the start time of your appointment ring the doorbell and the physio will admit your entry.

There are 2 small steps outside and another step to get into the entrance. If you require wheelchair access then please make the appointment at Bath where it is fully accessible.

There are toilet facilities if absolutely necessary but please be aware this is separate to the clinic room and within a family home.
